UPDATE ON THE NEW AMENDMENTS TO THE WEST VIRGINIA RULES OF PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT AND OTHER LEGAL ISSUES

Significant amendments were made to the West Virginia Rules of Professional Conduct, by order of the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals. Nearly every Rule of Professional Conduct and/or official comment was amended on January 1, 2015. This presentation will highlight the impact of these new rules and other ethical issues to assist you with compliance.
