Primer on West Virginia Law for Business Entities


In this fast-paced webinar, practitioners will act as a primer (or refresher) on some of the basics regarding business associations in West Virginia – including tips on entity formation, fundamentals of agency law and the basics of veil piercing. The overview will include a discussion of the West Virginia’s business code as well as an overview of the most recent and relevant cases. Come with your questions!
