West Virginia Continuing Legal Education (WVCLE) is the primary provider of continuing legal education in the state and offers lifelong learning opportunities to members of the West Virginia State Bar. The statewide program is managed solely by the WVU College of Law.
Continuing Legal Education in West Virginia was founded in 1980 by WVU President E. Gordon Gee, then Dean of the College of Law, and other state leaders in legal education.
WVCLE is a bridge between all lawyers practicing in the state and the WVU College of Law regardless of their undergraduate or graduate affiliations.
